We absolutely love this place! The food and the service is impeccable with a really cool and chilled out ambience. I would advise getting here early to avoid disappointment and you may have to wait for a table at peak times. Great work team House of Koko

The onnnnnly place worth going for brunch in Leeds. Been numerous times and the staff are nothing but welcoming friendly and attentive, and super knowledgeable on the menu. The Middle Eastern take on what you’d class a brunch elevates the menu and creates something completely unique. Also helps that the coffee and drinks options absolutely slap!

We visited on the day they were releasing their new menu and the food was absolutely unreal. So beautiful and so tasty. They have nailed it! I had the smashed peas. Everyone working was so lovely and one of the chefs even came out to deliver a sauce and explained what was in it and a bit about the food. Can tell they were excited about the new menu and for good reason. Can’t recommend it enough.

First time today with my daughter. I must say the food truly exceeded my expectation. It was very busy at the time and we were told to wait outside with the outdoor heating on. We were given a table inside fairly quickly. Not many cafes would do Turkish eggs and I’ve tried this at 3 different cafes and by far House of Koko is by far the best. The bread came with it was thick and fluffy. We’ll definitely be back again!

When the meal arrived I thought, “I’ll be surprised if the taste lives up to the presentation”... it wasn’t an issue. The pictures are from two different times and the food has been consistently excellent. Also, the coffee is first class. House of Koko are really taking “cafe” food to a whole new level. Price is a fair reflection of the excellent standard. My single, minor criticism is that I’d have loved a tiny bit more sourdough to help soak up the flavoursome oils and sauces of the dish. The baked goods are also as instagram-worthy as their flavour. The service is great. Thankfully, kids and dogs are welcome. Yet another gem of Chapel Allerton. Don’t miss it.

Popped in for coffee, while I waited for my wife to have her eye operation, but ended up having a very nice breakfast indeed - it's not very often I'm in this neck of the woods living out York way, but with the wife going in for eye surgery at a local hospital and a wait of a couple of hours, no point in travel back home to turn round an come straight back. Thats why the coffee hunt, so glad I did - good strong coffee with a very nice eggs royale, on an english muffin. Spot on and service was excellent

EDIT - Updated my review as the response was fair & kind. Your offer is very kind, however we will return but we will pay. Thank you. Visited for the first time today, very busy place, with people waiting for tables. We got seated straight away, which was great, brunch menu had a great variety. I got bacon bennie, with the bacon cooked as I asked, however my poached eggs were odd, white was all runny & snotty ( left half of them on the plate) but the yolks were hard, not sure how that happened! My hash browns were lovely though. My latte was warm & I didn't like the weird aftertaste of the milk. I couldn't advise anyone, as no one asked how our food was. Perhaps this isn't normal standard? My partner got the Potato hash, with Halloumi and lamb sausage and said it was stunning! He got a flat white & said it was ok. We also got cakes to take away, they were beautiful. Shame about my eggs really, we paid 42 excluding the cakes.
